If your unit is in warranty you will need to have a copy of your sales receipt to give to our technicians when they arrive at your home or you may upload to us via the request service link.
We accept many extended warranties. If your unit is covered by extended warranty please call them and request authorization prior to your service call.

Intermediate Home Theater Installation Includes: Setup, integration, wiring, optimization, customer operational education.
Full Installation Package: Includes everything from basic and intermediate package as well as surround wiring and custom cables.
Premium Installation Package: Full installation plus wall mounting.
